If you wish, you can also record a video showcasing your work for us to share on our social media, following the guidelines below:

• Guidelines for authors on video recording
- Video Duration: Record a video of no more than 2 minutes, summarizing the main results of the published article and its practical applications.
- Cell Phone Position: Use your cell phone in a vertical position (upright) and keep it stabilized on a fixed surface.
- Framing: Avoid positioning the camera too high or too low; prefer a medium height, with the cell phone lens at eye level for ideal framing.
- Preliminary Test: Do a test before starting the recording to ensure your image is adequate and your voice is audible. If necessary, move closer to the device for better audio capture.
- Quiet Environment: Choose a location without external noises, such as street noise or household movement. If you cannot find a quiet environment, use headphones (even the ones that come with your cell phone) to direct the audio.
- Lighting: Use a lamp pointed at you, positioned behind your cell phone. If a lamp is unavailable, use ceiling light and, if possible, take advantage of natural window light to compensate for weak lighting. Remember to clean your cell phone lens before starting to record. Avoid recording with the light directly behind you (backlighting); the camera should be facing away from the light source, such as a window, to avoid unwanted shadows.
- Video Upload: Upload the video to a cloud storage tool (e.g., Google Drive) and share the link, ensuring the preservation of video quality.
